Review your term

Order status and Services show your term and current state. Manual paid renewal is available where configured. Automatic renewal is currently unavailable.

Payment confirmation

After payment, use View order status on the confirmation page. A confirming payment may take time to verify; do not start another payment for the same order.

Cancellation and refunds

Download files you want to keep before expiry or cancellation. Review the Billing policy for grace, suspension and data handling. To ask about cancellation or request a refund within the published 24-hour window, open Support tickets and include your order number. Staff handle transaction and refund actions.
