Getting started with a game server

Configure and review

Choose a supported game, RAM, region and priced rental term. Review the order summary and continue. Availability is checked again before reserving your server.

Payment and confirmation

Accept the Terms of Service and choose an available payment provider. After returning, the confirmation page shows the current payment state and buttons for View order status, Open Services and Support tickets. Do not pay again while a payment is confirming.

Your server is provisioned after payment is verified. Eligible no-charge tests use their own confirmation action. Open Services to follow progress.

Connect

When ready, open Manage server and copy the address and port for your game. Use any game-specific connection details displayed there. Hytale requires console device authorization for the download, then /auth login device for the running server.

Get help

Open Support tickets, then Open a ticket. Choose one of your current services or Question (no service). Include the game, symptoms and time of failure without passwords.

AI and human help

Tickets in any category may receive an identified AI Support reply. Choose That fixed it to confirm resolution, Still need help if a fix failed, or Request staff at any time. Two reported unsuccessful fixes move the ticket to staff. Ticket search searches tickets; Help articles have their separate search.
