Server will not start or connect

Check status and console

Open Services, choose Manage server, and check Overview and Console. First startup can take time to install files or create a world. Check usage, the latest error and the connection address. Hytale first start requires the device authorizations shown in Console.

Review recent changes

If the base server worked before a mod, plugin, world or startup change, check that change first. For a suspended server, review service and billing status.

Open a ticket

Open Support tickets, then Open a ticket. Choose the affected service, describe the symptoms and time, and include relevant console lines. Attachments can be up to 128 MiB, including HEIC and HEIF photos. Never include credentials or private keys.

AI and staff help

AI Support may reply in the same thread. Select That fixed it to confirm resolution, Still need help if a suggested fix did not work, or Request staff at any time. After two fixes reported unsuccessful, the ticket moves to staff. A reply reopens a resolved ticket.
